DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible:
Ensure all procedure and regulation of HSE management obeyed by all parties
Socialized all regulation to subordinates
Prepare yearly planning & strategic, include safety & environmental program
Supervise and monitor all mining activity, such as mine planning & production
Create budget planning over all department
Control & monitor all contractor’s activity
Lead and supervise implementation of development program in the field, budgeting operasional, vission & mission from safety, operasion goal & productivity.
Give program training to employee
Plan, monitor, and control HSE management
Investigate HSE in workshop, crusher, port, etc
Create and revise SOP accordance government & corporate regulation
Daily, weekly, and monthly report about HSE for all employee
Internal committee with contractor
Management system and data PPE
Prepare risk assessment
Supervise to prepare reclamation plan

Requirements :
Age Max 45 years old
At least S1 Mine Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Geological Engineering
At least experience 6 years in related position
Has experience in open pit mining
Certified in Kepala Teknik
Certified in POP, POM, and POU
Knowledge of best practice in Project Management.
Excellent in organization and problem solving skills, together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties
Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead change.
Will be place on Central Kalimantan
