PT. Meares Soputan Mining is a Mining Industry with main office at Jakarta, representative at Manado, and Project Site located at Toka Tindung – North Sulawesi, to run our seamless operation, we need qualified candidate to support our operation as :

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : IRS-IV/17)
(Location : Toka Tindung Site)


Reporting to the HR Manager. Responsible for industrial relations, specifically communications functions between all employees and management as well as ensuring Company compliance of all Ministry of Manpower regulations including all permitting.

Duties :
1. Develop and manage a company briefing SOP to ensure all Company briefs are sustainably communicated to all MSM/TTN employees in a timely manner by line management, and, ensure that all questions raised at such briefings sessions by the employees, in an effort to fully understand the message, are formally responded to in a reasonable time frame as recommended by the SOP
2. Manage all industrial relations issues at the Toka Tindung site in accordance with approved procedures and various labour laws and regulations in order to ensure a conducive working environment. Effective problem settlement related to industrial relations, to protect shared interests and improve productivity;
3. Advise the Company on its legal responsibilities under relevant legislation at all times working with the Legal Manager at PTAI, interpret the CLA, and other applicable laws,in relation to good working relationships between management and employees in relation to Industrial Relations, including Work, Health and Safety, as well as disciplinary procedures and policies
4. The Industrial Relations Superintendent will assist in negotiations dealing with industrial relations matters, including Collective Bargaining negotiations and representing the Company when necessary at the Manpower Department
5. Drafting and reviewing employment related documentations, including but not limited to, employment contracts, policies, and employment correspondence
6. Takes a holistic view of the HR environment; develops pragmatic framework of HR policies, rules and procedures based on Best Practices, Government Laws and Work Rules to ensure accountability and transparency of process and policy
7. Review, implement and manage internal systems designed to maximise workflow and efficient delivery to all parties
8. Provide full support for developing best in class guidelines and practices for sourcing, assessing and selection of high caliber candidates to build company’s future workforce. Sets out Policy and Line Manager guidance on best practice selection and interviewing techniques to ensure organization captures significant share of available talent; ensures vacancies are made available to internal and external candidates; oversees initial on-boarding and orientation.
9. Comprehends, implements, monitors document controlling, administrative procedure, reporting and recording technique (flow of document), and budget allocation to ensure that the document is stored systematically according to regulation or system applied in the company. (example: prepares, reviews, and approves (managerial/superintendent level) catering/cleaning service/vendor performance monthly report)
10. Actively work closely, as a member of the management team, with all disciplines to ensure optimal work harmony, communication and understanding of the rights of both the Company and the employee

Requirements:
• University Graduate with Bachelor Degree in Management or Law (S1)
• As well as being fluent in Native Bahasa being able to understand and communicate in English written and spoken – the ability to speak Manadonese would also be a distinct advantage
• Minimium 5 years experience in HR and being able to call on skills developed
• Good understanding of the Indonesian Man Power Regulation and Law and how this relates to the mining industry
